Return & Refund Policy

 

If you need to return an item(s), please review our Return Policy below.

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • All discounted, sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit only.
  • Items must be returned at the customer’s expense and meet the following conditions:
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need a a return, you can email us at support@fisfet.com to request. Please include your order number, name and the item number you are returning.

Cancelled Orders

Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, send the item(s) back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, all shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $25) will apply. Second-Day, Next-Day and any other special shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.

 

Credits

Once your return is received, Fisfet will issue a credit to the method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your credit to be issued.

If your item is defective or was damaged during shipping, please email us ASAP at support@fisfet.com. You must provide photos and any other supporting information to make your claim, within the first 24 hours after the delivery. If you fail to report to fisfet within this time window, we will not be able to accept your claim and arrange for the item to be replaced promptly.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
